 Through the sound application of International Project Management Standards we facilitate and assist our clients' Project and Construction Management teams to improve the optimal delivery of their projects.

Experienced Project and Construction Management Support Services

 

Mhlegahlatini (Pty) Ltd, trading as Greybeards Inc provides a much needed Coaching and Mentoring service to enable our clients to excel in their capability to deliver excellent projects through the continuous improvement of Project Management, Project Controls and Construction Methodologies and Resources.

 

In the present economic climate, especially in the commodities markets, suitably competent project resources are becoming increasingly scarce. The A-team is often either occupied or too expensive. We will either provide you with- or support your existing resources appropriately to enable you to successfully apply the B or C teams on your projects ......... with an A team result! Of course we are quite capable of also sourcing the A team through our vast international network of associates and network of contacts. We will not introduce a resource whom we are not satisfied with ourselves. These resources (and their skills) stay behind after we leave, to procreate their competencies to following generations in your organisation. 

 

We do not execute projects, and therefore are not in competition with any of our clients or potential clients. As one of our associates put it: "We know what good looks like" - and we will show you how to get there.

  Construction Management

We provide expert support into your organisation, to boost your construction management and supervisory competencies, improve your systems and/or its implementation thereby enhancing your organisation's capability to deliver successful projects to satisfied customers.  

 Project Management

Allow us to assist you to improve your company's Project Management capabilities through the assessment of both individual- and company maturity levels against PMI®'s PMBOK® Guide, PMI®'s OPM3 and International best practice, and then to point you in the right direction.
